Aroma Therapy Massage |
Aroma Therapy massage is the art of using essential oils to enhance
the well-being of the body, mind, and spirit. Pure grade essential
oils derived from concentrated extracts of herbs, flowers, shrubs,
and other plants are mixed with a carrier oil such as jojoba oil.
Your choice of Lavendar, Citrus/Tangerine, or Coconut essential oil is massaged into the skin using a variety
of techniques for the highest level of relaxation and therapeutic
value of the oils. Shea butter is then massaged into each foot and wrapped tightly with warm towels.

Maternity Massage |
The Maternity massage is tailored specifically to the needs of
pregnant women and their changing bodies.The maternity table is
specifically designed to enable women to lay face down which will
remove pressure from the hips and shoulders caused by laying on
their side.
The therapists are trained specifically to work with the expecting
mother to help release muscle tension, ease sore spots, and improve
circulation and mobility.

Raindrop Aroma Therapy Massage |
Raindrop Therapy is a powerful yet gentle technique. This technique
involves a synergistic combination of 11 exquisite therapeutic
grade essential oils and oil blends directly onto and around the
spine from about six inches above the waist. The oils are then
worked into the spine using light strokes which stimulate energy
impulses and disperse the oils along the nervous system throughout
the entire body.
The essential oils aid in healing through the aromatic effects
on the lymbic system as well as through absorbtion into the blood.
They can assist in healing a variety of issues involving the circulatory
and respiratory systems, as well as fatigue, illness, muscle spasms
and more. The essential oils will continue to work in your system
up to a week after the massage.

Hot Stone Massage |
The Hot Stone Massage is a unique experience that offers healing
and relaxation with a sense of connection to nature. Smooth Basalt
stones are heated in water and placed on specific points of the
body such as the back, shoulders, legs, and hands. While the heat
of these stones penetrate deep into the muscles, the massage will
begin on another area of the body. The massage consists of Swedish
and Deep Tissue massage techniques all done with the hot stones
in hand. The warmth of the stones infused with aromatic essential
oils will leave you in an ultimate state of relaxation.

Reiki
|
Reiki is a Japanese technique used for stress reduction and relaxation.
The treatment is administered by "laying on hands" to promote
healing within the whole body including the mind, spirit, and
emotion. Reiki is based on the idea that energy flowing through
the body is the vital life force. Balancing the engery flow in
the body can help reduce stress and sickness and promote inner
peace and well being.

Reflexology |
Reflexology uses the application of pressure without oil to the
feet, hands, and ears. These pressure points can have a therapeutic
effect on other parts of the body via reflex points. This treatment
is extremely relaxing and can bring about a sense of rejuvination.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage |
Manual lymphatic drainage is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural circulation of lymph through the body. This technique uses very light pressure and rhythmic circular movements. MLD can be used to promote relaxation, help with sleep, reduce anxieties, relieve allergy symptoms, stimulate regular digestion, reduce swelling or the accumulation of fluid, and boost the immune system among many other things.
